BodyTalk...

BodyTalk is a simple one-on-one holistic, energetic and consciousness-based therapy that helps to reestablish communication, synchronicity, balance and integration to the subtle physiology thus improving health and well-being.

BodyTalk can be used in conjunction with environmental factors to alter their influence.  Essential oils can have varying effectiveness for different people in different circumstances.  When the vibration and qualities of the oils is used within a session the properties of the oils seem to be enhanced because the physiology is more in tune and receptive to their benefits.  BodyTalk is a very effective method in its own right and when used with the oils the benefits can be beyond expectations.  Try it for yourself!

Which oil to use?  Where and how to apply?  How much and how often?  These are common questions and there are general guidelines that can be followed.  However, when the BodyTalk System is used in conjunction with the oils, more precise answers can be found which vary from person to person.  BodyTalk can also address issues within the person's physiology which may otherwise be preventing the oils from having maximum value.

In other words, a BodyTalk therapy session can amplify the therapeutic effectiveness of the oils by determining their most effective use customized for each body, and by balancing the physiology to the energy of the oils.

Some information about Essential Oils...

Essential oils are not a true oil because they do not contain fatty acids.  They could also be called highly concentrated plant constituents, or, the essence of the plant.

Many essential oils are antibacterial, antifungal and have antiviral properties.

The physical components are very tiny in their molecular structure allowing them to be more easily absorbed by the skin.

Essential oils are not created by chemicals in a lab such as are fragrant oils or perfumes.

Essential oils are wholly natural and cannot be patented.  Large companies such as are in the pharmaceutical industry are not interested and do not spend money studying them.  Click Here to read about a few studies that were done.

The healing and nourishing value of herbs are widely recognized and used in many ways.  Essential oils could be thought of as their concentrated form.  It is reasonable that if herbs are beneficial, then their 'oil' form would be equally or more so, when used correctly.

The price of oils can range greatly based on many factors including the amount of the plant needed, the processing and the scarcety of the plant.  While some oils run at a premium, most are generally affordable.

Applications can include diffusing the oils for aromatic purposes, massaging the oil into the skin, adding to bath water, using in a compress, adding to drinking water (not all oils should be injested).

The sense of smell affects taste and digestion thus influencing diet.  Smell therapy has been used for ADHD, Autism and other such disorders.  An impaired ability to smell or distinguish smells or being hyper-sensitive has been linked to these disorders.
